Treatment for Depression
It’s Okay…To Not Be Okay
Feeling weighed down, disconnected, or like you can’t climb out of bed to face the day does not mean you’re weak… it means you’re human. Depression is more than “feeling sad”. The thought of getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain, and even small things like making breakfast or returning a text becomes overwhelming. Even asking for help can feel far away because “everyone feels sad sometimes”. That’s true. But depression is different from occasional sadness, and if you are here—treament for depression could be the answer to making life not seem so hard.
It’s important to know you’re not alone. While every person’s experience is different, there are many individuals who are feeling the same level of despair. But the good news? Treatment for depression can help—that’s why we’re here.
