Attachment Project
Do you know your attachment style?  Attachment is the emotional bond formed in early childhood with our primary caregivers.  It develops into patterns that we take into our adult relationships.
Knowing your attachment style can help you become aware of why you act the way you do in relationships and what you can do to develop more secure attachments.  There's a helpful quiz at this link.

Insight Timer
Neurofeedback is brain training.   Just like going to the gym trains your muscles, neurofeeInsight Timer is a free app with over 200,000 meditations.   You can sort them by mental health, sleep, or spirituality.  There are a variety of spiritual practices on Insight Timer, so, if you are looking for something from a Christian perspective, search for that specifically.  dback trains your brain, to operate more effectively.  Sue has been doing neurofeedback regularly since September 2023.  She finds it helpful with sleep and emotional regulation.

Binaural Beats
Binaural beats is music that you listen to.  It operates under the theory that your ears hear different sound waves and that combining them creates a third tone that is perceived by the brain.  A 2020 study showed that inclusion of binaural beats in addition to traditional therapy reduced trait anxiety significantly compared to therapy alone or medication (Yusim and Grigaitis, 2020).  Sue uses binaural beats to enhance focus and concentration when she's working at her computer and finds it helpful.

Pueblo Viejo
Because Mexican food makes me happy and I love Pueblo Viejo's chips and salsa.  Their chicken flautas are my favorite.  I don't think I've had a dish here that I didn't like.
