Get to Know Ashley
I love connecting with kids and teens because they are in such important, formative stages of growth. My goal is to create a space where clients and families feel understood and supported as they work through struggles and discover their resilience, courage, and strengths. Whether I’m helping a teenager manage anxiety, an adult process childhood trauma, or a young child adjusting to big life changes like divorce or the loss of a loved one, I focus on compassion, collaboration, and practical strategies that bring real relief and growth.
On a Personal Note
Outside of work, I believe in practiced self-care and stay active by running and exercising, which helps me recharge and clear my mind. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, diving into a good book, and traveling to new places whenever I get the chance.
Therapy can be scary for kids (adults too!) and I am here to help make this process one that pairs growth with patience, understanding, and compassion. If you or your child is struggling, I am here to help guide you into a place of healing. My goal is to give kids, teens, and families practical tools that make daily life feel calmer, more connected, and less overwhelming.
