Get to Know Dawn
I blend evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with motivational interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and play-based interventions. Meeting you where you are, I tailor my work to your child’s and family’s unique needs. When requested, I will include faith–based interventions into our therapy sessions in a respectful and affirming way.
On a Personal Note
I understand that parenting can be overwhelming no matter the circumstances, but you do not have to navigate this journey alone. I work to equip parents with tools to support and encourage their children. My passion lies in helping families discover new ways to work together as you thrive both individually and as a family unit.
I look forward to helping you bridge the gap in family communication, build healthy relationships, and strengthen trust and connection. If you are ready to begin this process of individual or family healing, you can schedule a consultation.
