Get to Know Ellie
As a former teacher, I understand the struggles many teens and adults face on a daily basis. It can be extremely challenging to feel stuck in patterns that hold you back. I can best support individuals going through major life events or processing past trauma and am passionate about helping my clients find hope, healing, and new ways forward through Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART is an evidence-based psychotherapy that can help you to process and resolve distressing memories at a quicker rate than traditional therapy. It has been shown to be effective for: Trauma, Grief, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Substance Use, and more.
On a Personal Note
Taking that first step into therapy is a big decision, and I understand the courage it took to bring you here. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and heard while also working toward practical solutions that bring about lasting change.
When I’m not working with clients, I do my best to recharge in joyful ways. Embroidery, cooking, music, and other hands-on projects give me the space to recharge and connect with myself and my loved ones. These personal passions keep me balanced and grounded, allowing me to better care for my clients with creativity, compassion, and empathy.
